A new experiment appears! I love using named colours, for no other reason than it's fun. But I wanted a resource that I could filter them by colour and know what the colour contrast ratio was against black and white. While I may not struggle with SAD myself, I definitely get lethargic during the winter months! These are all great ideas! I take Vitamin D year round and find it be very beneficial with my energy levels and mood. Comfortable, cozy clothes always do wonders too... ahhh, I hope the season passes quickly fo you! ; __ ;

I noticed that I’m more sensitive to the changing season this year than before, and being cold totally zaps my will to do anything other than be in bed. Fuzzy socks and cozy clothes made all the difference for me!
