Having to "help" ('feed a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll eat for the rest of his life' or something like that) the fully tech-illiterate drives me up a wall. And you can't really teach them, yet many of them have had almost as long as us to learn now.

@chipsfunfun indeed. Its really annoying too because now they're online 24/7 too yet somehow don't know how to use it.
