phoenix is what i use! https://phcode.dev/ there's a browser version, but i use the desktop version. it works pretty well. :)
ive use codepen and jsfiddle quite a bit! theyre both free + can be used in browser

brackets has changed into phoenix code which i also use. vs code is also good but for me its got too many functions that i dont use :p
