I'm starting to plan out stuff I want for a new "2.0" version of my site. :) Most stuff will remain unchanged but I want to update the theme and include some other fun changes and updates alongside it. (and I'm putting my plans in a kanban board so maybe I take it seriously)

Thanks everyone for 300,000 views (even if it's just bots or whatever). I really do want to regularly update my site again but I've been so busy with a new job and a class for the last few months, and now I'm dealing with a big move! I want to have smaller more frequent updates starting later this year... we'll see if I can keep to that!

I got a spam email promoting an AI code editor prioritized just for Neocities. This wasn't actually to my Neocities account's email address, so no data privacy concerns, but there are folks out there scraping for Neocities sites and contact info so they can push their sludge at you. So watch out i guess.

Their feature list didn't impress me. Automated deployments? Girl i already do that. Spot issues before they're done? Yeah I also do that without AI (and yes I HAVE overengineered my site why do you ask)

someone on tumblr was talking about responding to those kind of emails with goatse. probably no one would see it, but if someone does it would deal immediate psychic damage XD

Today is my last day of work at my web dev job. I'm moving onto more exciting things, and this also means that I should be able to find more joy in personal web dev again since I'm not doing it all day.

some stuff's just gonna be some background infrastructure stuff (currently working on parallelizing and optimizing my automated deployments), some of it is gonna find its way on the site as soon as I'm done with it, and some is gonna wait until the official "2.0" release of the site
