I also have some pics from a trip into the region from a few days ago, but I have no energy now, so that'll have to wait until I'm back home from the vacation. Also I PROMISE that I will reply to EVERY pending e-mail when I'm back!!! (!!!)
the cross stitch piece is lovely ( ´ ▽ ` ) don't feel bad for feeling bad. I hope those feelings will pass!
Special thanks to neocities' new thumbnails sorting algorithm for no longer allowing me to sort them the way I want to by uploading them in the specific order (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ (seriously I tried looking over the recent commits but found no mentions of the sorting change)
I think now the first html file you update is the thumbnail, completely the opposite of what it used to be
Looking back at your March entries, and the Zankyou no Terror screenshots. I watched it years ago now so don't remember much, but I'd forgotten how lovely the art is. Lovely images. I'll always remember the show for this scene: https://youtu.be/076McC8KMcU?si=xQbIkxZz1smEw1Ue
that bike scene is also etched into my memory, its a shame the second half of the anime was so meh
I tried postimages and put.re, but the former doesn't provide an API, and put.re seems to be abandoned. Imgur doesn't feel stable enough (as in, I'm not sure my uploads will still be there in a year). I might have to resort to a VPS for private file storage, but maybe there *is* an alternative. I did contact the admin of catbox, but I doubt anyone would go through the hassle of dealing with Russia's state agencies.
imgbb?
if u just need it for photos, i use flickr
flickr isn't necessarily a conventional means of basic image hosting (due to its social-media aspect), but I love it and recommend it as one.
file.garden
file.garden. i would not use flickr because it is against their tos. i’m unsure if file.garden has an upload api
if its against flickr tos then disregard my last message lolol
Thanks for the replies folks! The research showed that flickr has a 1000 photos limit and file.garden does not have a public api (and they failed at sending me a *valid* e-mail verification code). imgbb seems to be the best option as it fits all my needs.
