FF isn't at the top because it's too nontrivial to actually remove all of the spyware in it. You basically have to go to this page: https://github.com/intika/Librefox to actually make sure you've gotten everything. And then, figure out what's wrong every time it updates.... this is why it has such a low rating. The browsers at the top require no configuration or a small amount of trivial configuration to work.
Also TOR does belong in the comparison, I will put it there, soon...
