Well, it wasn't the version. It was privacy mode ignoring my cookie settings and blocking cookies that I thought I'd allowed. Now I'm getting https://daveshouse.neocities.org/Screenshot%20at%202020-06-30%2023-34-15.png and if I zoom out I get https://daveshouse.neocities.org/Screenshot%20at%202020-06-30%2023-41-15.png, so problem solved.
