The best use for a Win98 computer is getting the 16-bit programs like SkiFree working. I know there's 32-bit updates these days, but I had created a bunch of palette hacks back in the day and all those used the original executable. Getting them running again was a pain since most modern Window versions just gave up on anything older like that.
Lol :) I was inspired by AaronOS (https://aaron-os-mineandcraft12.c9.io/)
windows 93 is a gem. They have put in great efforts that's evident. Haven't checked Aaron OS though
AaronOS is really good, it's a full-fledged web-based OS. It's been around for ~5 years
Whoa, both of those are really neat. I guess i was inspired by Windows in general lol.
I tried Windows 93, and it felt more like Windows 95 than Windows 3.1. Wikipedia redirects "Windows 93" to Windows 3.1.
thanks! i added it. :)
Thank you too!
