i want to briefly say about Synecdoche, New York: it's one of the best films i've seen, a masterpiece that has emotionally affected me more than any other, but it's an incredibly depressing film. i think it's important to know how heavy it is if you're in a bad headspace or are generally depressive. maybe don't watch it, or wait til you're feeling better mentally!
