Hei! I’m Carlo!
I love to solve problems related to Cryptography, Math and Coding.
I love Cooking and Climbing too!
Currently searching for a job!
You can find my full CV here.
Before that, I was a postDoc at Simula UiB working on theoretical aspects of
PKE, security parameters estimation for side-channel attacks, algebraic optimization of zero-knowledge
protocols and privacy-preserving automotive distributed protocols.
Before that, I was a PhD student at Chalmers and in August 2016, I defended my PhD thesis
in how to guarantee privacy (and more features) in several cryptographic primitives and protocols.
Before that, I was a BSc+MSc student at Università di Trento and in July 2011, I defended my
MSc thesis on the use of hidden sum for an algebraic attack on blockciphers,
from a theoretical, computational and cryptographic point of view.
Before that, I studied Computer Science during high-school!
My research interests are quite broad, spacing from algebraic cryptanalysis to computational aspects. As my publication list showcases, I worked/researched in many branches of Cryptography:
