To be fair, I mentioned this wesbite on my main - which is 2 years old and has a decent following. Regardless, your website is charming and you shouldn't let numbers messure that!

People outside neocities are allowed - just as long they have somewhere to hotlink their art to submit. They can use whatever their main social media is as the website link ^_^

Also if you're hosting your entries in your website I recommend having a dedicated folder for them (so that image links can stay consistent)

Typically the phrase is used in film or theater to signal the start or a scene. It's essentially a call for action or "HELL YEAH LET'S GO!!".
