ok how do i get my site to actually show the splatoon page because it was published over 24 hours ago and still wont this is kind of ridiculous. ctrl + shift + r doesn't work

it would be so nice if my site would actually UPDATE!!!!!!!
when i look at it in an incognito window everything is fine but on my regular browser it still shows a forbidden page? hopefully it works for everyone else
