I am still here, I promise. Just incredibly busy with other creative projects and work. I concluded the minibang that was going on and am working on drafting an article about the whole experience (plus general reflections on modern fan culture).

Wow, I've been on the hunt for the artist that made the Bakura meat gif FOREVER and I finally found her site ^^. Well...sad that she abandoned it. I imagine it's because of the rampant art-theft and edits that were made in the fandom (and beyond--I'm honestly surprised sometimes when I see people who aren't into YGO use it as an aesthetic piece). Her site is really fun to look around.

I linked a banner to her site on my index. I think all of the little forums and alliance pages she made were cute. I wish that was still a thing in fandom now.
