The wall glows red before reaching its melting point before appendages slick with corrosive fluid peel back the shell of your craft. From your elevated vantage point you look on the ground beneath you. Tendrils swell and contract as they appear to consume the matter of the planet. You cling to the stairs as vertigo sets in. As you do so, a sensation somewhere between a nettle sting and a jolt of electricity shoots through the palms of your hands. You pull away, clasping them protectively as you ponder the large entrance way ahead. UBWU

As you make your way to the ship it extends from the crater from which it was exhumed. It looms like a twisted network of interconnected modules, birthed of un-earthly flesh. You clamber onto a set of stairs grown from muscle and bone. Your feet slip as you grope your way to the entrance. UBWU
